For those with throwing experience: a chill Friday evening at the studio
Service Description
Unwind at the studio for a relaxed, self-led evening of pottery. Whether you're trimming last week’s work or throwing fresh pieces on the wheel, this is your time to settle in, get messy and enjoy the clay. This session is open to those with prior throwing experience – a technician will be present to help maintain the chill vibes but no formal instruction, just good feelings, wheels spinning and creative flow. Spaces are limited. £35 per person includes clay, tools and studio time. Donate your thrown creations to the studio for future makers or if you'd like to keep your little pots it'll just be a £15 per pot firing fee. We will glaze fire and ship them (or if you're local pop by to collect) in 3-4 weeks. Extra helpful hints: Wear clothes and shoes that can get a bit muddy! Short nails help when throwing on the wheel but all are welcome please come as you are. We ask that everyone clean up their wheel spaces after their session. Please plan to leave enough time before the end to do a tidy and wipedown. Your technician will give a reminder 20min before the end of the session. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We are an independent studio with small class sizes which allows optimum attention from our amazing tutors. Our tutors are dedicated artists and makers who set aside time to focus on you! We want to be able to welcome as many guests as possible to our studio. Our cancellation policy aims to ensure fair notification to our tutors and students in the event where cancellation or rescheduling may occur. [Taster and Private Classes] We require a minimum of 7 days notice should you require to either cancel or reschedule your booking with us. Cancellation fee if notified before 7 days to start of class/course will be 50% of original fee. Cancellation within 7 days before the start of class/course will not be eligible for refund. We require a minimum of 7 day notice prior to the start date of your booking. We are able to reschedule your class one time free of charge. Any further requests to reschedule will be subject to a rescheduling fee 50% of the original booking fee. Please note that scheduling is subject to availability. [Multiweek Courses] We require a minimum of 7 days notice should you require to either cancel or reschedule your booking with us. Cancellation fee if notified before 7 days to start of class/course will be 50% of original fee. Cancellation within 7 days before the start of class/course will not be eligible for refund. We are unfortunately unable to reschedule or make up any missed days, please plan accordingly so that you can attend your scheduled sessions. [Evening Studio Access] In order to allow as many members access as possible cancellations or missed sessions cannot be refunded regardless of cause. Please take care when booking to ensure you are able to attend your session. You are able to reschedule up to 48 hr in advance via the sign-in portal on the website. In the event where COLUMBIA ROAD CLAY needs to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling of your class/course. --- If you are able to find a replacement for your spot, cancellation or rescheduling fees will not apply.
