CANCELLATION POLICY & RESCHEDULING

We are an independent studio, our small class size gives you optimum attention from our amazing tutors, all who are dedicated makers who set aside time to focus on you!

 

We want to be able to welcome as many students as possible to our studio. Our cancellation policy aims to ensure fair notification to our tutors and students in the event where cancellation or rescheduling may occur.

CANCELLATION:​

We require a minimum of 7 days notice should you require to either cancel or reschedule your booking with us. Cancellation fee, if notified before 7 days to start of class/course will be 50% of original fee. Cancellation fee, if within 7 days to the start of class/course will be 100% of the original fee.​

RESCHEDULING, (only applicable to one-off classes, private classes):​

To reschedule a class, we require a minimum of 7 day notice prior to the start date of your booking. We will be able to reschedule your class one time free of charge. Any further requests to reschedule will be subject to a rescheduling fee 50% of the original booking fee. Please note that scheduling restrictions may apply subject to availability.​

MISSED DAYS/SESSIONS, (multi-day/multi-week courses):

Unfortunately we are unable to reschedule or make up any missed days, please plan accordingly so that you can attend your scheduled sessions.​​

​

In the rare event where COLUMBIA ROAD CLAY needs to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling of your class/course.

If you are able to find a replacement for your spot, cancellation or rescheduling fees will not apply. There is no fee to transfer to the new student.
